What was your inspiration to teach indoor cycling? Initially, I wanted a group fitness format that would open more subbing opportunities. It has involved into an outlet for me to positively influence; to change people's lives, to be a part of their fitness or weight loss journeys and create a special kind of confidence in each human who walks into that room.

What do you like to do when you’re not at ride North End?  I also manage the business development for G&N Insurance for residential real estate in New England, so any additional time is spent skiing, running, hiking, or traveling the world.

What was your inspiration to teach indoor cycling? I took my first spin class at ride North End in June 2017 and have been hooked since. There is no other feeling than looking at a room of people who are pushing themselves to limits they didn’t even know they could reach.

What do you like to do when you’re not at ride North End? I enjoy watching chopped, eating local cuisine,  and planning my next trip.

What was your inspiration to teach indoor cycling?

I started doing indoor cycling in college to stay active. Growing up I had always done dance and wanted something to keep me moving! I fell in love with how great of a sweat indoor cycling was and ended up going to class multiple times a week. After graduating, I continued to take classes and found myself being inspired by so many instructors in Boston. When I changed to a job where I was traveling less, I got the courage to become a certified instructor myself!

What do you like to do when you’re not at ride North End? Anything that brings me outdoors! That includes hiking, biking, walking around a new city or just reading while laying on the Greenway. I also have a love/hate relationship with distance running. I’ve had the opportunity to run both the Boston and NYC marathon and lots of half marathons!
